About Me

My aim on my visits is to help you with all your foot health issues from general nail care to working with any problems you may have within a relaxed environment.

My career has had many different phases but has mostly been in the caring sector. As a mature student I made the decision to retrain and become an FHP which was the best thing I could have done. I thoroughly enjoy working with each and every customer’s feet and particularly enjoy seeing the progress that can be made by maintaining good health care. I am fully qualified and CBS/DBS accredited with full insurance. and use the latest high quality sterile equipment to deliver a service which is friendly, reliable and personalised.

Working alongside a Podiatrist gives me the option for quick referrals if needed. Connections with clinics in Kenilworth and Coventry allow me to offer Nail Surgery and biomechanical options.

A Podiatrist, holds a degree level qualification and will have studied the lower limb as well as the foot. A Podiatrist is capable of taking on those cases requiring specialist leg and foot support that cannot be delivered by the FHP. Podiatrists can perform more advanced and invasive treatments. An FHP can use the scalpel technique for the reduction of hard skin, calluses or the enucleation of corns.

I am a Foot Health Practitioner so working alongside a Podiatrist enables me to refer customers on should they need the next level of treatment.

Regular Foot Health Care sessions can help maintain and prevent problems in the future. Book today to start your journey.

Leticia Oyamburu. Sac Dip FHP

My name is Leticia and I am a fully qualified Foot Health Practitioner (FHP) undergoing specialist training and examination at the Stonebridge College, Birmingham.

A Foot Health Practitioner (FHP) is a professional clinician who works to maintain the healthy state of the foot and treats those common conditions and minor ailments which affect the foot.

The course covered every element of the human body not just the foot so that I have a good knowledge as to how the body works. Practical studies within a clinical environment were a great opportunity to learn from the best lecturers in the field.  I have also worked alongside a Podiatrist on home visits to help me decide how to best work and to perfect my skills. I participate in continuous professional development (CPD) in order to maintain a service of the highest standard employing the latest techniques.  I am passionate about feet.

I am registered on the Accredited Register of Foot Health Practitioners (No. S379465) a register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.

Feet Direct aims to treat every customer with the highest respect, maintaining every person’s confidentiality, safety and wellbeing at all times.
